I was contacted by a representative of their customer service department. They are going to send me a new pair of pants to the correct address. They accepted all responsibility for the error. Now...I will write another update when I receive the pants. They could not expedite the order but said it will take the same amount of time as the original. THANK YOU
I placed an order with Slimsation. I received a confirmation that they were sending the package to my mailing address and clearly delineated the difference between my mailing address and my billing address. WELL….they sent the package to my billing address. When I tried to contact them by phone to get this immediately rectified I was unsuccessful! There was no one to answer the phone at the number presumably for online orders. AND…I needed the contents of the package. The company clearly prefers online communication but that does NOT provide quick feedback and resolution. Disappointing and not "user friendly"!
