I sent an inquiry two months ago and have followed up since. They keep vapidly claiming they will ask their team and get back to me, but they don't. I think this company might be just a joke?
Update: The response here from the company asks me to repeat actions I've been repeatedly taking since August. Maybe they didn't look at the photos I posted? I've already done what is suggested. They already have the opportunity to correct the complaint. Yet they instead ask me to continue contacting their unhelpful and unresponsive support.
