Hello, I am emailing to report an issue with my order. Umamicart still hasn't helped me regarding my issue with my order *******, and my order arrived warm and inedible in transit. The store credit does not help me in regards to buying food for my dear loved ones, and I would just like things to be made right in regards to my issue. Please advise
