One of the ways our lash conditioner works is by improving blood supply to the base of the lashes, promoting their growth and health. However, using an excessive amount of the product can sometimes lead to symptoms such as itching and swelling, as you mentioned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We recommend that you hold off on using the lash conditioner for now. The symptoms you're experiencing will resolve on their own within a few days. Once the itching and swelling subside, you can resume using MD Lash Factor with a modified application method to minimize any potential adverse effects.

Because our serum is clear, it is easy to use too much. We suggest wiping off the excess conditioner from the brush and applying only a small amount to the base of your upper lashes. It's best to do this in the evening, after applying your eye cream. You'll find that one dip into the product is sufficient for both eyes and brows. Please note that there's no need to dip or feel the product, as the serum is thin and clear.

To start, we recommend using the conditioner every other day, gradually increasing the frequency to once a day. With consistent use, you can expect to see beautiful lashes emerge within 4-8 weeks.
