I placed my order with no issues but after 5 days I had not received a shipment notification so I called the 2 phone numbers listed on their website. Both numbers were not in service. I then called 2checkout.com, the company I payed through, and was given a third contact number. I called this number to find it was the guys cell personal cell phone. After arguing with the guy for a while, he admitted he had customers that had been waiting for their products for months! I then immediately told him to cancel the order and issue a refund. I then had to follow up with 2checkout to get my refund because the guy didn't do a proper refund request.
I have had some poor experiences with online retailers but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I would advise other shoppers to pay the extra couple dollars and go with a different retailer. But in my case, I was able to purchase the product from another retailer and, after shipping, ended up spending less than the original purchase.
