Disgusting customer service, rude, and no responsibility or respect. Drop parcels where ever they want make pictures what don`t make any sense. If your not home and didn`t gave permission to leave it in a safe place they dump it in the street. Spoke to the manager of the couriers and he told me that if they don`t dump it in front of your door you will not get your parcel before Christmas. Even their policy is not to collect signatures anymore they fals your signature for their customers. They are a disaster, first it was the company Hermes and it got much worse after they took over. Tell your seller not to buy if they send with Evri, boycott Evri and avoid them

Ordered the shoes on the 26 November 2022 with shoe zone and would be delivered by Evri on the Wednesday the 30 November 2022. Delay so next day. Evri say the delivered but only not where. 3 times I had a conversation with shoe zone and 3 times they ask me to wait 48 hour. Finaly delivey on the 7th December 2022 but got lost or not delivered the new shoes get send out delivery Saturday 10 December 2022 and the muppets use Evri again. Today 12 December 2022 no money back no shoes

Tip for consumers:
Avoid shoe zone so long they use Evri for delivery

LOST BY COURIERS ITEMS have to wait 30 days of investigation before a refund
Order a watch should be delivered at the latest the 30/11/22 raise a complain that it not delivered and now have to wait for investigation is finished up to 30 days and then get a refund. There go a Christmas present in these expensive times.
FUNNY PART IS THAT WHEN GIVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY CALL YOU IN A FEW HOURS BUT HAVE NO TIME AND WILL NOT REPLACE LOST ITEMS BY COURIERS. IF YOU BUY AND PAY FROM STUDIO THIS MEANS THAT STUDIO GO IN A LAWFUL AGREEMENT AND HAVE TO DELIVER THE GOOD IN THE AGREED TIME.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid they investigate missing in 30 days and then refund if your right but if you give negative feedback they call you in a few hours
