These people are the shadiest dealership you will ever find. They will reel you in like a fish, telling you what you want to hear, and once they get your money they forget your name. They flat out lied to me about the condition of the RV. After presenting me with a green checklist indicating that there was a check of all the appliances, once I started to investigate and learn how things operate I find that the furnace, water heater and fridge DO NOT WORK on propane. That has been verified by another RV dealer's repair shop. I will be fining a claim with the BBB in a few days, once I gather my evidence and make copies of everything. Their callous and blatant attitude toward this situation leaves me with no choice. There are other things wrong, and when I pointed them out, the salesman said "Oh, we don't fix that." So, I need to have the windshield defroster motor checked on my dime.
This is truly a horrible business. Do your research and read all the reviews that are 1 star, noting how many say they wish they could leave 1 star. I left a 1 star review on another system, and the salesman texted me within 5 minutes, threatening me that I "better take that review down like 5 minute sago" and that "this is not over". Well, you are correct on that point. It is NOT over. It will not be over until you fix everything on the RV and the BBB fines you a lot of money. And just as a little bonus for me, I want that salesman terminated, and I will continue to take this up through the courts until he is terminated.
Beware of Camping World.
