I ordered from them via Amazon. Plant arrived looking really bad; was too tall for box and so some top leaves were bent (and damaged) to fit box. So somebody purposely and lazily boxed it knowing it would arrive in bad shape. Lower leaves were greyish, likely cold damage. A true waste of money. Costa Farms has not dealt with this and it has been over a month. What is most mind-blowing is that (does Amazon know this?) they send a paper along with the plant that says "contact us in case of problems" but if you contact them they ignore you. The best thing to do is ignore them: contact Amazon for a refund. Don't be fooled by the paper they send, keeping their scam a secret.
