I bought a ring for my GF, I knew what I paid and my expectations were not sky high. The ring came in< it looked great, gave it to my GF and within a week, 2 stones fell out. I contacted Italo who said I could send it to them WITH $40 and they would take care of it? I said your product fell apart in 10 days and you want me to pay you more money to correct that? Bottom line, after going back and forth over and over, Italo will do nothing unless I pay them.
