I booked a flight though their website and I called cheapfly to check my booking. A representative named "Edwin" told me my tickets didn't include luggage, as they were economy class. I tried to negotiate my refund, and as it was denied and I couldn't get my money back, and I also couldn't cancel my trip, I accepted his option of pay more for a different flight.
In contact with the airline company (Qatar), however, I was informed that they don't have any kind of tickets without luggage. They also mention they don't do any promotions that exclude luggage. In other words, the representative lied to me to sell me a more expensive ticket. Also, he offered me a $800 voucher to "compensate" my problem, and after I made the total payment for the new ticket, he simply disappeared and his email doesn't work anymore (*******@au.cheapflyshop.com). To make things worse, the email "*******@cheapflyshop.com" never replied to my emails.
I'm trying to contact someone to solve this issue, before taking any public or judicial measure to avoid time and money costs for both parties, but they didn't bother reply to it.
