Placed an order, was sent alleged "tracker" to follow delivery progress, after a month tracker says "Delivered", but not to me! Wrote to them and they apologized and said they will send out again. Waited another month with new parcel Tracker number. Again says "Delivered" Wrote again (BTW all replies begin with Dear,_____nothing! Then they tell me apparently I don't know my own address and because of "Their" suffering a loss they will only refund 60% of my purchase. I have 100% of NOTHING!
