I hired them to clean my Mico fiber large sectioal couch after a scheduling mix up that pushed out my cleaning for a week they came in took 2 seconds looked at it tried to tell me it was a dri-fit couch and they it would shrink if they tried to clean it. So they told me to call a different company who themn verified that it is infact a micro fiber couch and that made it very clear that they just wanted to get off work early on a Friday I am livid they were very unprofessional

They started to charge me monthly with out my knowledge after I paid for a year upfront and when I contacted them to correct the situation they refused to refund me they money they stole from me trying to say I signed up for more then I did so they forced I. Into a secondary membership that I had no knowledge of then charged me for it with out my knowledge and refused to help there customers service was completely rude and unhelpful
