Brought an Xbox One S to them for repair. They asked for $85 non refundable deposit to diagnose problem and then quote for the repair. Subsequently got a quote of more than $300 for the repair.
On hindsight, was a poor decision on my part. It is definitely not worth paying more than $300 to repair a four year old device and not even sure if it can last for a reasonable time after repair. There is very limited warranty on the repair.
Would advise that you find out cost of repair before paying any deposit.
