I placed an order in Aug 2023 for my new Genesis GV80. They didn't fit and the company has been stringing me along for the past 6 months, saying I'm installing them wrong, requiring multiple pictures. Finally they said they'd replace the mats then yesterday said they've changed their mind and I can return them per their policy. Their policy requires us to send them back at our cost, with a 35% restocking fee, in the original packaging, which is long gone. What a waste of money.

Tip for consumers:
Horrible company, rip off, terrible customer service
