I have asked for quite an easy topic to cover, not much research or investigation to carry out, and not too long. I have sent them a brief and some extra information.
-The first try was really bad; even the introduction lacked definitions and mixed all the coursework during the whole assessment.
-The second try was the same thing, and at this point, I ran out of time and could not wait for a third try, even though I asked them to remake it again.
-Obviously, the third one was as bad as the first one. They rewrote the title question and marked it as a citation!. It was obvious they did not check any books. Is awful!
-I contacted them because they had really good punctuation here, but I can tell you they must have a program that makes the automatic answer because the whole assignment makes no sense at all.
- When you ask for a refund or a solution, they run away, and the phone number on their website "is not in service at this time" at any time on any day you call; the same with the email
