I made a purchase at Furbabeez. I measured my dogs feet according to their size chart. The size was wrong and I spoke to Sasha Fichera in customer service via email about exchanging the purchase for a size large. I returned them to the address provided by Sahara Fichera. Months have gone by and all my contact attempts via email, customer support links, and phone have been unresponsive. Therefor Furbabeez stole $27.95 from me. I have recently read similar reviews by other customers. I think that this business is in the business of taking people's money and not supplying them with the product that they paid for. Shame on them. They should be stopped before they continue to do this to other customers.

Hi Effie. When you told us the boots did not fit and requested a larger size, you didn't specify which size you needed until the 1/22/19. Your replacement boots were sent and arrived on the 1/28/19. If you didn't receive them, we could look into it. However, if you did receive the replacements, could you kindly reflect on the content of this review and update it accordingly.
