“Terrible customer experience”

I had the same experience as Cassie C. I ordered the shade jacket and they told me that they accidently sent me the wrong order... which I still haven't received. They offered me a store credit and discount which I had to use within 7 days. Absolutely not using this credit and fighting to get my money back. Absolute scam.
