I purchased material from sew essential in 2020 and it wasn't nice and was completely overpriced.
I phoned around the same time enquiring about the purchase of an overlocker and to be honest the assistant was very dismissive & disinterested.I haven't purchased from them since and won't be in the future.
Tip for consumers:
You can accept that on occasion,products you buy may be sub standard but there’s no excuse for disrespecting a customer who phones to enquire about a potential purchase.Really bad management of a little business that people tried to support during the lockdown
