I asked for return info., and was contacted, right away, asking if I'd accept $8 off. When I said no, they offered $12. I accepted, and will donate the sweater.

FINNALLY received rug pad, over a month after ordering. They did respond to my first 3 emails, saying my pad was "ready to ship", either the following day, or Monday, as it was a weekend. They even gave me an estimated delivery date, that was weeks before it actually sent! The last couple times I emailed, I got no response at all.
The pad seems nice. Time will tell, but had I known it would take so long to receive, I would have bought elsewhere.
