I just received my skis and boots, and the boots are in great condition. Unfortunately, both skis have multiple chunks missing from the tips. I was aware that I was buying used skis, but I was unaware that they were going to be broken.
Tip for consumers:
I'm very disappointed, as I needed these for a trip that I'm going on. The online website has conveniently shut down, so I can't even figure out what next steps should be in the return process.
