I have over 600 points and when I go to redeem I get an error message saying my account is under review. I've been a loyal member for several months now. They always have an excuse as to why it's not working and I've been trying for a month and a half to get my reward points. I am disabled and unable to work so little bits and pieces like this I really count on. It really makes me angry that these companies get away with this.
Tip for consumers:
It's a dirty scam don't even bother wasting your time

They waste a lot of your time. They make it very hard to redeem rewards. So called new accounts...
