My vudu has been requiring me to authenticate my membership multiple times a week, for no apparent reason. Vudu corporate seems unwilling to take any action and seems multiple people are having the same issue. I would avoid signing up with them at this time.
Tip for consumers: all they can say is their experiencing a problem, NO KIDDING! NO SOLUTIONS! No way to recover the couple of hundreds of dollars in films already purchased!
