Well if you read the reviews and see negative ones, they are indeed most likely true! It would be great to see this company arise from the lack of integrity, lack of virtue, lack of honor and lack of team management BUT There are so many ppl involved that indeed it would be a miracle! Sure there are awesome kind ppl working with this company BUT they are all clueless of knowing what's going on! If it seems like one gets scammed indeed you most likely have but it does not appear that way because hey Main Street renewal has no clue what's going on! I will say that indeed if you read a negative review and you can rent elsewhere, DO SO! I've not rented from them nope but desired to prior but because we were mislead, seems like a scam or whatever and by multiple ppl for 3 weeks regarding a home on the website so therefore we did not! I can't make this stuff up! Literally! The upper management must start having a concern for integrity and honor! There's a reason they have a low rating! There are too many workers indeed and no one knows anything and then your told it will be 3-5 business days to get back to you! These ppl are like chickens running around clueless because no one is on the same page and resolves nothing in a timely honest manner! Like the one rating said... and now I see why! RUN!... ITS TRUE RUN! Lol...
And though I spoke to very kind ppl, they had no authority for zip so therefore it's upper mng that does not give a care! Actions speak louder than words! I don't leave reviews usually but this company is not working to serve community but there indeed seems to be lots of greed! We were told we were 1st for application filing and were proactive in every way possible for stinking 3 weeks while home was in available soon status! We were mislead wrongfully and it would not allow you to pay fees and not one person new why and we were told multiple reasons of no resolve but wait until it becomes live! What does that mean? Nothing because they do pre lease homes according to website! Finally after hours of communication within a 3 week period, it just so happens it's not available?! Oh and I received a call same day asking if I'm still interested? What?! Seriously can't make this stuff up! I now see it as the best thing to occur! It indeed was not meant to be! Integrity, honor, virtue and respect is what one should build there life upon especially in business and Main Street renewal really needs to re-evaluate their business! I hope they do somehow arise from this horrible customer care because "I'm sorry" from representatives that is not their fault should not occur! And in the end your just another voice unheard by upper mng! So leaving this review may bring awareness of things that could be changed! Pathetic untrustworthy business management in many ways and the things occurring is so not because we're in a pandemic! What really bothered me... was what you read on their site... "Trustworthy
