Worst customer support ever! For our trip from Dallas to Cancun, they booked us on Sun Country Airline where our departing flight was cancelled and missed the first day of our vacation. I spent the next few days trying to extend our stay but no luck; they were like No credit, no small refund, no extended stay, nothing! Everyone stay away from this awful company.
