My hair grew out considerably when I was recovering from heart surgery. I went to great clips for a trim. Before I could open my mouth about what I wanted, the lady was already cutting chunks of my hair and it was too late. I literally received a man's cut, electric trimmer and all. My hair is less than 1/2 an inch all over! I'm furious and embarrassed about how I look. I will never go there again.
