My 65 year old mom bought my wife a $500 pair of shoes from Farfetch and they were never worn. Farfetch would not let us return or exchange the shoes even though they were never even put on. I wouldn't recommend Farfetch to anyone. This has been horrible.

We bought a pair of $500 shoes and Farfetch wouldn’t let us return or exchange them. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend Farfetch to anyone. They are no help and told us there is nothing they can do. It was the worst customer service I have ever had. We love buying expensive shoes, but we will never use Farfetch again.
