I placed two orders during their semi-annual sale. I was expecting a delay in the shipping since there were obviously going to be a ton of orders placed. My second order was shipped out promptly, but the tracking stopped working after a few days. I gave Sigma a call and they were so nice and made sure to help me out. My first order didn't ship out as quick as my second one, so they sent it out with priority mail. Overall, amazing custome service. I'm sad to see all of these negative comments, but it's obvious that some people are just impatient.
