I purchased a sweater which was too small. I tried to call customer service, but they do not provide opportunity to talk to a real person. Via email I was told I could order a replacement and there would be no charge for the return shipping. They provided a return label, I sent the item back, received an acknowledgement that my return was received. I have not received the refund even though my return item was received almost two weeks ago. This is very frustrating because you can never talk to a live person. They communicate only through email and there is no opportunity to find out what is really happening. It's too bad, because the product is very special. I would never order from them again.
