“Second horrible experience with this company”

This is the second time I have had a MAJOR problem with a booking through this site.

This time, they asked for the flight information. I gave it to them. It is an overnight flight, which they ignored, and went to the airport a day early.

When I called to explain, I was treated with rudeness and hung up on. They will not rebook the transfer, and weren't even capable of having a conversation or treating their customers with anything but contempt.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. Find another.
