Hello,
My name is Emile, I have reserved a flight using Bravofly and somehow they have decided to cancel the flight however the initial flight with the airline was still ON.
I was obliged to take another flight (more expensive) due to the short notice.
The refund took more than 8 months and finally (after a lot of follow-up messages and escalations) also, they have deducted Charges from the initial payment.
This is the Worst travel Agency, not recommended at all.
