I am in the midst of having a kiosk advertisement. When I first started the contract was signed, there was very little customer support and direction. I was sent a point of contact (Priscilla) I called her 4 times and she NEVER called me back. I then had to find an alternative point of contact as she never reached out. I have had a bit of trouble with the advertisement, we went back and forth quite a few times to get the advertisement correct, there was a lot of little details they missed. The design has been approved for 5 weeks now, no one has reached out to let me know when my advertising will be up and the 2 emails I sent to customer care have been unanswered, however they do not have an issue with continuing to bill me for the advertising.
Terrible customer service.
