The cigars that were shipped to me were fake. The band was visibly wrong. The wrapper on the cigar was to dark and the filler was chopped up. Fake cigars demanded refund.

I thought the customer service was great because I received a call from a young lady asking about my previous order.
Reason I chose this product:
I chose a box of Monte Cristo number twos due to the cheap price so that I can ensure that the cigars were going to be real If they were real I was going to order more of something else but upon receiving my montecristo number twos I determined that they were fake cigars and will no longer be using Swiss Cuban cigars.
