Bought tickets to go over seas with my family for the summer of 2020 paid 3518 dollars for 3 tickets, flights were canceled due to covid19, asked for my money back and they refused to give me my money back or to rebook the flights, very horrible customer service talked to a supervisor which she said someone will call me back and they never called me back,
