I visited the store in the Gloucester Premium Outlets and the customer service was so uncomfortable. My family and I were never greeted/attended to like the rest of the uppity people that walked in, AFTER us. As I was checking out, I asked the cashier a question about my purchase bc I didn't understand how the buy 2 get 2 free worked when my purchase seemed a lil higher than expected. She acted like I was asking a stupid question. Isn't that part of their job description, to answer questions? I literally observed how nice her and the other girl were to all the other guests that look the "part". I guess thats what you would call it.

It was my day off and I could've been dressed a little nicer but I am an exhausted mother of two, I work full time and on my day off I just said eff it. I just didnt know it would effect the workers and how they treat people. And it actually bothered me a lot more than it should have. So, here I am telling the internet about it.
