I bought a semec Rechargeable fan from konga online store, the fan was totally bad and it was packaged for sale. I called your customer care agent who referred me to the seller by given me seller's number. That's not professional at all. Up till now, am not confidence with any of your products any longer. I order a swimming glasses for my children only for the delivery guy to tell me I can't open it unless I made payment. Who those that. Am highly disappointed anyways. You guys needs to adjust. The gas delivered to me was fake as well
Tip for consumers:
Konga should allow customers to check products during the delivery before making payment. If products are check, anything that later happens to the products is the cup of tea to the customer
