It is with great disappointment and frustration that I feel compelled to leave this one-star review to express my dissatisfaction with GotPrint's services. I have been a customer for approximately 10 years through my internet marketing company, LaraNet.
First and foremost, I want to address the issue of production times, which have been extremely long and frustrating in my recent experience with your company. Just last week, I purchased the Reprint service for some business cards. Despite prices having increased significantly, now triple what they used to be, I was willing to continue with your company due to the high print quality you used to provide and the satisfaction I had with your customer service in the past.
However, my patience reached its limit when I connected to the live chat to inquire about the status of my order, as I noticed it was still in production long after the expected timeframe. When I expressed my frustration in a polite manner, I received a response that was nothing short of mockery from the chat representative, Janae G, who replied with a sarcastic Your Welcome! I cannot believe how a company can be so eager to lose customers. I expected a kind explanation and reassurance, but instead, I was met with a message that essentially said, I don't care if you go to another company. Seriously? After years of working with you, this is the first time I've complained, and this is the response I get? It's truly disappointing.
I would appreciate it if you could review the chat transcript. I was not rude, but the person who responded to me was. It's a shame.
