I would normally never order anything from a website that I am unfamiliar with, but it was my son's prom and the shoes would have gone perfectly with his suit. I agreed to purchase the shoes for a certain amount of money, however they ended up charging me $20 more than I agreed to pay. Unfortunately, I didn't know this was going to happen until I checked my bank statement and of course... you cannot reach any customer service representatives over the phone. All communication is via email. They later explained that the "bank" charges the extra amount... not them! Yeah right. When I finally received the shoes a month later, they looked nothing like the picture on the website. They were the ugliest, worst made pair of shoes that I have ever seen. Honestly! I actually hired someone to investigate this company, and they actually took their website down for a couple of weeks. It is now back up and running... waiting for their next victim. Please believe me when I beg you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
