I was really in need of assistance. I submitted 2 claims, one of which I was told, sorry, we can't help, and the other went on for months, it was a lot of back and forth. When contact was finally made to the defendant and they wanted to set up an appointment to have their lawyer meet with me and the Lawyer from Legal Sheild, it was directed from Legal Sheild to have them contact me directly to work it out...Huhh!? The reason I needed help was due to lack of participation and now it fell back on me and the defendant went ghost right after that, now I was back at square one, currently in a small claims battle - Very Disappointed, membership ended.
