I ordered a jacket for my daughter in October, it's February and I still didn't get it. They keep on saying it's shipping soon. Very not reliable company. I will never shop here again!

No customer service! Staff gives you wrong information every time you speak to them. It's very frustrating when you speak to an agent & she has no idea what she's telling you.
