I was price shopping a particular Shinola watch for my wife when I came across watches-swiss.com. The name was unfamiliar, the website was simple, but the price was $100+ less than any other retailer. I was skeptical, but decided to reach out using the chat feature on the website. To my surprise, I was immediately chatting with the owner himself. Later that day, he told me he had sourced the watch from a seller in California and had sent payment immediately in order for the watch to be shipped in time for her birthday. It arrived in time and my wife is thrilled with it!

Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Marc was great with giving updates, he was quick to respond to my questions, and he went above & beyond to get the watch my wife wanted and have it here for her birthday.
