I have been a customer of Orvis for many years. Things happen and there have been a few issues I have had over the years but their service agents were extremely helpful and knowledgeable they went above and beyond to make me feel valued and resolve my issues to my full satisfaction. For example last week I made a purchase and there was a mix up in the warehouse, I received someone else's order. Orvis overnighted my replacement and even sent me a gift card for my trouble.
Tip for consumers:
They have an amazing satisfaction guarantee. They claim if you do not like the product for any reason AT ANY TIME they will take it back. There is no expiration date for returns. I tested this by sending back a shirt that i ordered about 4 years ago that did not fit they gave me a full refund.
Products used:
I have purchased many things such as fishing rods, packs, clothing, shoes, household goods and dog beds. My last purchase was for some shorts and polos
