NHLShop.com is quite possibly the worst online shopping experience. I spent over $500 on merchandise, and still had to pay shipping. Then the pajama shorts I ordered were too small even though I ordered them a size to large for comfort. I was not even able to process an even exchange for the item, I to reorder the item + shipping and wait 7 days to get my online gift card refund. My only other option was to pay $10 to have my funds credited to my original tender. Total scam of a website. Not even sure I will claim my e-gift card once it finally shows up in my account. Avoid this merchant. Side not to Fanatics and NHLShop.com - female hockey players might have big thighs.
Tip for consumers:
Find a local store - this operation has no clue how to run a digital business.
Products used:
Other than the shorts that were undersized, all other products were used. They were all just way over-priced.
