I ordered a jacket from 32 Degrees. They sent me the wrong items, refunded me, and then told me to try placing a second order because it's the company policy not to make replacements - even though I don't need a replacement, I need the item I ordered and never received. If it's too much of a hassle for 32 Degrees to just send me what I ordered or even fix their mistake in sending me the wrong items, then it's too much of a hassle for me to place a second order in the hopes that they get the order right this time.
