I recently ordered a bike and device stand from FitNation. The company completely messed up my order. I ordered a Blue Flex Bike Ultra, and a mobile device stand. I was sent a black bike & a mobile device clip (the clip is 1/2 the price of the stand).
I contacted customer service immediately, and was told if I wanted the blue bike I'd have to return the black one, then they would send the correct bike. This process was going to take several weeks, so I opted to just keep the black bike. I was also told at that time that they would have to look into how to handle the device stand.
A week later they finally responded by basically calling me a lier. They said the clip I received was indeed the stand and not the clip. I have pictures of each that prove otherwise, and they are refusing to fix their mistake!
This company is nothing but a bunch of shysters with horrible customer service.
The product itself isn't that great either! I could have gotten equal quality for less cost at Walmart!
