I purchased these shoes less than a year I want to say, they do not get worn regularly as I work in an office and have other tennis shoes...The SOLES ARE FAKE and the shoe cracks - These shoes are not in bad shape AT ALL. They refuse to take responsibility. Spend your money elsewhere.
They basically told me this is normal where and tear.
This is their response "Unfortunately, we can only accommodate for products that are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue. We do not provide replacements or refunds for items that have experienced normal wear and tear that comes with frequent use or time. There are a lot of variables to take into consideration: How often the item is worn, how much pressure is applied to the front, side and or heel of the sneaker, as well as environmental factors that may affect the quality.
