These clothes are amazing: Beautiful style, excellent materials, careful attention to construction and detail. Many of their items come with an impressive guarantee: if your size changes within a year, you can replace the item with your new size. Their customer service has been friendly and responsive to my questions. Bottom line for me, though: their clothes just look and feel better than almost everything I've worn in years, even my former favorites.

I'm lucky enough to live near a store, so I have purchased online and in store. Bonus: free shipping if you pick it up at the store. Have purchased shirts, leggings, sweaters, dresses, and a jacket and have found the quality very good to excellent. Have returned things with no issues, including returning online purchase in store. There seems to always be some kind of sale going on, and I was pleased to find that the store let me apply my BOGO promotion discount to an online item when what I wanted wasn't in stock at the store---what a customer-friendly policy. I've also stacked coupons, which many companies don't allow. Only one minor complaint, which was that I got asked multiple times during my last store visit if I was sure I didn't want to add another item to my order to get the discount: not a fan of the hard sell. Love love love their pop culture items.

Based on some positive press, I gave zulily a try and ordered four things. Only one truly looked like the photo and the descriptions were misleading at best. A tunic turned out to be an open shirt with no ties or buttons, though the photo did not show that. A dress that looked like broadcloth turned out to be a knit that showed its white obverse when stretched, so the color over wider body parts was lighter than on narrower body parts. On return, I was charged $7.95 per item, even though the policy says $2 restocking fee and $5.95 label fee and I used only one label! I could have shipped everything in one priority envelope for $10 but they require you to use their label so it cost me $24 in "postage" as well as the $8 restocking. Even simple things... like figuring out how much credit you have... are made tough on the poorly designed site. I can see my line items of return credits and all the fees charged against it, but it doesn't bother to show the total. I wasted my money... be smarter!
