Purchased a slushy machine for my business. Site said it would ship in 24 hours. A week later has not shipped and emails are not answered. Call center worker and manager were beyond rude and disrespectful. I was informed company is in china with no way to call and they could not process a refund for an item that I wouldn't receive for another 2 to 3 months.
