Ordered linens in July. Nothing recd by mid August so I called Customer service. After 3-4 contacts with them i am told that my order had been mistakenly cancelled and I should call London and reorder. Again, after going back and forth with them 3-4 times, i declined to replace the order. BUT then, 2.5 months later, I get an emailed stating that DHL is delivering a package from them! Declined the DHL delivery per their instructions, sent them the DHL verification that the order was returned, I am told the order would be refunded in 72 hours BUT a week later - no refund and no communication from them. Needless to say, I have contested the charge with my credit card company, My advice - DO NOT PURCHASE from THE WHITE COMPANY. What a disaster! I ended ordering from "PushpLinen" — beautiful duvets, at great prices, and great customer service!
