I placed an order on 23 February 2019 and my order has never arrived. I tracked the parcel online and has been shipped since 28 February. The last tracking details was 2 Mar 19. I have contacted House of beauty and has been referred to my tracking details. Have recently called and sent email requesting for a refund and there has been no response. I will be contacting my bank for full refund including shipping cost. I have never had this experience shopping with house of beauty but this is my first time paying shipping cost to be delivered in Australia.
The prices of their items are reasonable. Can't say much about the quality. The speed of postage is good and they have a good customer service. I would advise that you go a size or 2 up if buying cloth. Overall, its a good place to shop and you get value for your money.
