Ok here is the update to my complaint, they sent me and email on 7/22 stating that they would refund for both dresses minus the $6.95 I spent in S&H the first time and not the $26.09 that I had to return the dress. They say it takes 7-15 business days and they will keep me informed, well today makes 8 days so I sent a request for a status update for me refund. We will see. I also notice that when I sign in it no longer says my name, it just says customer, funny! Customer I am no more for sure... the saga continues!
